The Outpatient Behavioral Services (OBS) Behavior Technician, under the direct supervision of a licensed Behavior Analyst, provides 1:1 ABA services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. The hours of direct service are provided throughout the day and technicians are expected to bill 25 to 30 hours per week.
This is a full-time position. This position involves working with students who exhibit challenging and/or aggressive behavior and participation in community outings.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development or related field
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training completed within 90 days from start date in position
Minimum of six months of experience working with children (special needs preferred)
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States of America
Valid driver’s license
