Caregiving for a child or loved one is stressful even at the best of times. Care during a pandemic, or caring for someone with disability, can leave caregivers drained of energy, resilience, and hope. Join VIA Behavior Analyst Shonnet Brand and Clinical Psychologist Dr. Tonya Delp for an in-depth series of virtual seminars exploring mindful parenting, self-compassion strategies, values, and caregiver connections to reduce overall parenting stress.
Through shared experiences, personal reflection, and evidence based practices, the seminars will explore mindful parenting, self-compassion strategies, values, and caregiver connections to reduce overall parenting stress.
Cost: $90. Seminar meets for six, weekly sessions, Thursdays February 25th through April 1st from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
To register, complete an anonymized pre-assessment, and purchase the seminar, visit this Google form.
