VIA is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Administrative Coordinator of School Services.  This position is responsible for providing direct support to VIA’s school leadership team to ensure effective and efficient daily operations related to: 1) reception and communications; 2) administrative support and tasks; 3) record maintenance; and 4) coordination of resources.  Qualifications include two or more years in an office or administrative support position, proficient in Microsoft Office products, Adobe Acrobat products, and Google.  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.  Also required are the ability to prioritize, exhibit a high level of confidentiality, and strong organizational and time management skills.
