VIA is seeking qualified candidates for a Club & Hub Behavior Technician.  This position provides direct support to adults with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders within center and community-based settings, using the principles of behavior analysis.  The Club & Hub Behavior Technician will work with other staff teaching group activities, lead community-based activities, collect data, and prepare learning materials and curriculum as needed.  Training for this position is provided while on the job, working 8:00 – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday.  This is a full time position with full time benefits including free medical insurance for the employee only tier, as well as paid group life insurance and long term disability.
