VIA is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Employment Services Supervisor. The Employment Services Supervisor will work collaboratively with the Director of Adult Services to achieve the best possible outcomes for the adults with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders. The Employment Services Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating VIA’s Achieve Employment Services and assisting with VIAble Ventures as requested. The Employment Services Supervisor will work directly with participants and staff to ensure Individualized Services Plans (ISP) are developed and meaningful outcomes are achieved.
