VIA is opening a new Pediatric ABA Services Clinic in Roanoke and we are seeking qualified candidates for behavior technicians with a start date of June 23, 2026. New hires receive intensive hands-on training, including the required training and supervision for the Registered Behavior Technician credential. The Pediatric ABA behavior technician works under the direct supervision of a licensed Behavior Analyst, provides 1:1 applied behavior analysis, early intervention services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. The direct service hours are provided on a block schedule, Monday – Friday from 8 – 4 in an in-clinic setting. The position offers full benefits, including employer paid medical insurance for the employee. A one time signing bonus of $1500 is applicable to this position!
Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience preferred in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development or related field.
