VIA Club & Hub
These programs help participants develop friendships, enhance physical well-being, further civic involvement, and explore creative abilities. Small group outings and activities foster lifelong learning.
Achieve Employment
This job coaching program matches individuals’ interests and abilities to meaningful employment in the community.
VIAble Ventures
These microenterprises are designed to teach skills and employ artisans to produce and sell products to the local community.
Behavioral Consultation
This service provides licensed behavior analysts to work with individuals and their caregivers to develop and implement behavior support plans.
Comprehensive ABA Program
Designed for students with high support needs, this program employs contemporary applied behavior analytic (ABA) teaching and clinical practices to address the core symptoms of autism. Students typically receive one-on-one and small group instruction from highly trained staff.
STARS Program
Provides a structured, multi-sensory approach to help students with a variety of learning needs and challenges. Individualized and on-going student assessment is linked to research- supported curriculum and instruction provided in small classes.
Little Stars Preschool Program
Composed of preschool students with different neurodevelopmental abilities, this program helps toddlers build community and prepare for future school success.
Pediatric ABA Services
This center-based program provides specialized support for children with autism and related neurodevelopmental disorders. It focuses on developing communication, social interactions, cognitive skills, and behavior regulation. The program uses evidence-based techniques, like Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Psychological Services
VIA’s Psychological Services team provides formal diagnoses that enable families to have a better sense of clarity and guidance on next steps and specialized support needs. In addition, clinicians provide individualized evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents experiencing neurodevelopmental challenges and related mood impairments (e.g., anxiety, depression). Group therapy offerings include social skills and emotional regulation. Parent support and coaching gives caregivers evidence-based strategies to support their child’s growth and development while reducing parental stress and burnout.
School Coaching & Consultation Services
The School Coaching and Consultation service provides support and guidance to teachers and schools in meeting the needs of students with various neurodevelopmental needs. It utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to promote positive behaviors and learning outcomes. The service includes coaching, professional development, and consultation to build capacity and create inclusive, supportive learning environments.
