The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) works collaboratively with the Regional Director of Adult Services and the school leadership team towards achieving the best possible outcomes for individuals participating in VIA’s adult and school services. Primary responsibilities include developing annual goals and objectives, supervising staff, and ensuring the implementation of high quality behavior analytic services. The Behavior Analyst supports a caseload of both students in VIA’s Post Grad class and adult participants receiving Behavioral Consultation.
The school BCBA caseload will consist of 8 to 10 students, with guaranteed 40 hour work weeks. Work weeks are from 8:00 – 4:00 Monday – Friday, with no nights or weekends. *The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification is a requirement for this position. Candidates cannot be considered if they do not hold the required certification or have completed the requirements to hold the certification.
